 A SPECIAL ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITY  ~~  BE A LOVING LIFE EXPO EVENT SPONSOR ~~  

Take part in a special inexpensive marketing opportunity!  If you are interested in being advertised at our upcoming event  please complete the information below and send to Angie directly at least 8 weeks prior to the scheduled Event.  Your information will be shared with over 1000 viewers of our websites as well with the attendees at our event for a very reasonable price.  An easy way to expand your advertising to the community at a low cost.

__  Event Sponsorship Opportunity  (only 1 available)  $600.00    This opportunity will entitle you to the following:   Your Website on the Event Banner to be displayed at the entrance of the event,  An 8’x8’ Exhibitor Space at the expo.  3 public announcements of company/organization’s participation as a sponsor during the event, and your Logo with a link on the event web page before, during,  and a full 30 days after the event date.

__  Presentation Room Sponsorship (2 available)  $400.00  This opportunity entitles you to the opportunity to have your Website listed on the Presentation Room Sign at the entrance to the Presentation Area along with an 8’x8’ Exhibitor Space at the expo.  It also allows for one public announcement of your company/organization’s participation as a Presentation Area Sponsor for the expo and the placement of your logo with a website link on the Presentation Page of the Website  before, during and a full 30 days after the event date.

___  Website Sponsorship Opportunity (only 4 available)  $100.00   Each participant will be allowed a feature display of the name of their business along with a logo link to their website on the event website page from time of submitting the form and a full 30 days after the day of the event.

___  8”x 11” Poster Advertising  Display Only    $30.00    An opportunity to have your company name, phone, and website listed on a Framed Poster to be displayed within the Expo Hall throughout the day of the event. (you may provide business cards to place near the poster if you wish)

___ Gift Bag Advertising  Opportunity   $20.00  Each participant will be able to provide 200 coupons or a small token with their information on it to place in our gift bags which will be given out to the first 200 attendees.  All materials must be received at least 3 weeks prior to the expo date. 

Send advertising materials for gift bags to Angie D'Anjou,6 Demery Rd., Hudson, NH 03051 or you may call for pick up arrangements.  You may also drop off materials in person if you wish.  (Note:  All materials must be received no later than 6 days prior to the event to ensure that the materials will be included in the gift bags.   Angie D'Anjou is not responsible for materials not displayed due to late arrival via mail delivery or for items lost in the mailing process. No refunds will be allowed in this situation)
